I build the systems that run businesses. I learned systems producing network television.
The Founder
Jotham Hall is a television producer turned AI systems architect based in Miami Beach, Florida.
He spent 15 years in entertainment, starting at 51 Minds Entertainment in 2008, where he rose from production assistant to Talent Producer on 50+ reality TV shows. His credits include Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, I Love Money (VH1), From G's to Gents (MTV), Temptation Island (USA Network), and more.
In 2015, he founded Big Films Only, an independent production company. Recent credits include Finding Mr. Christmas (Hallmark Channel), Ciao House (Food Network, filmed in Italy), and Snake in the Grass (NBC).
Fifteen years of coordinating talent, building processes that hold under chaos, and delivering on impossible timelines showed Jotham the same problem everywhere in business: talented founders drowning in operations.
In 2023, he launched Success Upgrade to solve that problem. Every product, service, and program is designed to give entrepreneurs the same systems thinking that runs a network television production, applied to business infrastructure, AI automation, and revenue engineering.
The result: a growing ecosystem of businesses running on systems, not hours.
Currently accepting a limited number of mentorship clients.
“Your next level is not luck. It is a system. I learned that producing television. Now I teach it to entrepreneurs.”
