The Founder
Jotham Hall is a television producer turned AI systems architect based in Miami Beach, Florida.
He spent 15 years in entertainment — starting at 51 Minds Entertainment in 2008, where he rose from production assistant to Talent Producer on 50+ reality TV shows. His credits include Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, I Love Money (VH1), From G's to Gents (MTV), Temptation Island (USA Network), and more.
In 2015, he founded Big Films Only, an independent production company. Recent credits include Finding Mr. Christmas (Hallmark Channel), Ciao House (Food Network, filmed in Italy), and Snake in the Grass (NBC).
After 15 years of managing high-pressure productions — coordinating talent, building processes that work under chaos, and delivering results on impossible timelines — Jotham saw the same problems everywhere in business: talented founders drowning in operations.
In 2023, he launched Success Upgrade to solve that problem. Every product, service, and program is designed to give entrepreneurs the same systems thinking that runs a $10 million TV production — applied to business infrastructure, AI automation, and revenue engineering.
