The short version, honestly.
Awaiting legal review. What is written below is true of how this site works today. It is not a complete set of terms and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The open points are listed at the bottom rather than filled in with language nobody has agreed to.
What this site sells
- The Path unlocks once for $97. It is a one time payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew.
- Access can also be granted by an access code, which we give out at our discretion and can stop issuing at any time.
- Other services on this site are quoted individually and agreed separately.
How access works
- Access to the Path is remembered in your browser. Clearing your browser data, or opening the site in a different browser or on another device, can require unlocking again.
- The material behind the Path may change. Missions are added and rewritten as the tools they cover change.
Third party tools
- This site recommends and links to tools built and run by other companies, including Instinct, and it embeds sites we operate separately.
- We do not own or control those products. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and their pricing and availability are theirs to change.
What we do not promise
- Nothing here is a guarantee of income, results, or business outcomes. What you get out of it depends on what you do with it.
- Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
Still to be decided
These need a decision from the owner and a lawyer, and are deliberately left blank rather than guessed:
- Refunds: whether the $97 unlock is refundable, and within what window.
- Governing law and the venue for disputes.
- How long form submissions and customer records are kept.
- Whether access can be revoked, and on what grounds.
- Limitation of liability.
